Three weeks for a simple booking site, six for a full bilingual catalogue with payments. Fixed dates we put in writing.
How does that work?
We hold one build at a time
Most studios run 3-5 projects in parallel and your work gets squeezed between client emergencies. We don't. One build is the active build. That's how the timeline holds.
We pre-build the boring bits
Every Corfu tourism site needs the same scaffolding: header, footer, language toggle, contact form, GDPR banner, sitemap, schema.org markup, image optimisation pipeline. We ship those on day 1 from a template we maintain. Your site starts at week 2.
We don't reinvent the wheel
We use battle-tested tools: Next.js for the app, Tailwind for the styling, Vercel for hosting, Sanity or Tina for content. They work. We don't redesign them per client.
What slows projects down (and we kill it)
- Endless logo revisions. We work with what you have or recommend one direction.
- "Can we add a member portal" mid-build. Scope locked at kickoff.
- Stock-photo sourcing. We use what you provide or take new photos in week 1.
Result: your site goes live before the season starts.
